The EnRoute Story

A fighter pilot, a tow truck operator, and a question: why can't rural Kansas get a ride?

How It Started

Travis Ryburn runs the U-Haul and towing business in Oakley, Kansas. He spends his days moving vehicles and equipment across western Kansas — and watching people struggle to get themselves and their parts from one town to another. One day he said: "Why isn't there an Uber for rural Kansas? Not just for people — for parts, packages, everything."

That question landed with Justin Wieland, who had the technical skills to build the answer and the operational background to run it. Six months later, EnRoute Kansas was born.

Founder & CEO · Eagle Driver EGL-01

Air Force Academy graduate. F-15 fighter pilot. Harvard MBA. Former Executive Director of the Logan County Community Foundation. And now, a driver.

Justin grew up in Oakley, Kansas, and watched as rural communities got left further and further behind by technology companies that only care about cities. After years of building technology solutions, he turned that experience toward the problem Travis identified: Kansas doesn't have reliable same-day transportation for people or parts.

Justin isn't just the CEO — he's Eagle Driver EGL-01. He drives the same routes, collects the same payments, and files the same After Action Reports as every other partner. That's the deal.

The Flagship

The EnRoute flagship is Justin's 2013 Audi Q7 — 210,000 miles and still running. It's been across Kansas more times than anyone can count. When it broke down in a field outside Oakley, EnRoute partners Justin and his cousin Chandler winched it onto a trailer and hauled it to Wichita for repairs. That's the kind of team this is.

Our Values

Cash Is King

We accept the way people actually carry money — cash, check, Chime, CashApp, and credit card. Because a $28 hotel room in Vegas shouldn't be out of reach just because your credit card isn't working.

Drivers Are Partners

Every Eagle Driver bought their seat. They have skin in the game. This isn't a gig — it's ownership. Partners share in the revenue, vote on key decisions, and drive the company forward. Literally.

Best First Viable Product

We don't build minimum viable products. When you have AI and unlimited compute time, there's no reason to cut corners. We build the best version first — because our customers deserve it and our partners demand it.

Transparency Is Non-Negotiable

Live cameras in every pace car. Open financial model. Full tip reporting. Quarterly board meetings. If you're a partner, customer, or investor — you see everything. We call a spade a spade and a tip a tip.

Meet People Where They Are

Whether you're a farmer who needs a pivot bearing delivered today, a grandmother who needs a ride to dialysis, or someone who missed a court date because they don't have a car — we serve you. All of you.
