Eagle Partners (pace car drivers): W-2 employees at $1,000/week salary plus 1099 partner distributions. They drive company vehicles and follow dispatch assignments โ meeting the IRS definition of employee.
Flex Drivers: 1099 independent contractors. Own vehicles, own hours, can decline any job.
We run this like a fighter squadron. Safety briefings, structured debriefs, institutional learning from every mission. Our goal is zero claims โ and when they happen, we have live video, documented AAR reports, and a 10% revenue reserve fund.

EnRoute needs a banking partner who understands rural Kansas business.
EnRoute drivers collect payments in cash, Chime, CashApp, and credit card throughout their day. At end of shift, the app calculates a settlement amount. Drivers who owe HQ deposit cash at our banking partner. We need physical branches where our drivers are stationed โ Oakley, Colby, Hays, Great Bend, Salina, and Wichita.
Founding fleet of 3-8 new vehicles ($45-75K each). High mileage: 60,000-100,000 miles per year. Need fleet purchase loan, high-mileage lease, or dealer volume partnership.

A mission isn't complete until delivery is made, payment is reconciled, and an AAR is filed.
