Same-Day Rides and Deliveries
Between Kansas Towns

Same-day delivery of parts, packages, and people across rural Kansas. No carrier does this. No app does this. Your neighbors handle it today — EnRoute connects them.

The founder is the first customer.

EnRoute's founder Justin needs to get from Oakley to Wichita. He has $400 in his pocket and needs to retrieve his vehicle and a parts car from Winfield, Kansas, where they have been stored for maintenance and repairs. So he's doing what EnRoute was built to do — asking people he trusts to help him move across Kansas, and paying them for the ride.

These are the first three EnRoute deliveries. Real money. Real routes. Real Kansas.

1

Oakley → Quinter

Saturday morning • ~40 miles • Driver: Tessa

$20
2

Quinter → Wichita

Saturday afternoon • ~240 miles • Driver: Darren

$80
3

Winfield → Wichita

Sunday • Truck + trailer + winch • Driver: Chandler

$160

Three drivers. Three vehicle types. Three price points. Relay handoffs between corridors. That's the whole model — demonstrated in one weekend, paid for out of pocket.

Nobody delivers across Kansas the same day.

Need to get a car part from Wichita to Oakley today? A document from Salina to Hays? Your kid's forgotten cleats from McPherson to Newton before the 4pm game? Here's what the carriers will tell you:

Carrier Speed 5 lb Package Same-Day People Large Items
FedEx Priority Overnight Next business day $49–80+ No No No
UPS Next Day Air Next business day $45–75+ No No No
USPS Priority Express 1–2 days* $33–50+ No No No
Uber / Lyft Not in rural KS
EnRoute Same day $20–80 ✓ Yes ✓ Yes ✓ Yes

* USPS Priority Express can take 2–3 days to rural Kansas addresses. All carrier prices exclude residential surcharges ($5+), fuel surcharges (15%+), and dimensional weight fees. Friday shipments arrive Monday.

The gap nobody filled.

There is no service — none — that will move a package, a part, or a person between two Kansas towns on the same day. The carriers won't do it. Uber and Lyft don't exist out here. The only option has always been to call a friend and ask for a favor. EnRoute turns that into a marketplace.

Watch Us Work.

When a delivery is in progress, the camera is on. From pickup to handoff, every mile is documented live. This is our chain of custody — and your peace of mind.

Radical Transparency

Every other delivery company operates behind a black box. We operate behind a live camera. That's the difference.

📹 Live Documentation

Every delivery is recorded from pickup to handoff. The camera runs the entire route. If you want to watch your package move in real time, you can.

🔗 Chain of Custody

We document who handed us the package, how it was packed, and who received it. A complete, timestamped record for every delivery.

🐦 Public Conversation

Our requests and responses happen on Twitter @EnRouteKS. You can see our routes and community interactions in real time. Nothing hidden.

🛡️ Your Protection

We don't carry a surety bond. We carry a live camera. If you're sending something you don't want associated with your name, we are not your service.

How EnRoute works today.

EnRoute is not yet a licensed, insured transportation company. We're building that — finding the right insurance partner, setting up the legal structure, and developing the technology. We're doing all of it in public.

In the meantime, here's what we can do right now:

1. You text us a need.

"I need a car part picked up in Salina and brought to Hays today." "I need a ride from McPherson to Wichita on Thursday." "I've got a package in Great Bend that needs to be in Dodge City by 5pm."

2. We share it with the community.

We post your need (with your permission) and ask: does anyone going that direction want to help? Someone who knows you, or knows someone who knows you, or is just a good neighbor heading that way.

3. Two people connect.

The financial exchange is between the two of you. We recommend a price structure but we don't set it and we don't take a cut. We're just the bulletin board until we're ready to be the platform.

How it works: All transactions are between the two parties. EnRoute recommends pricing based on distance and vehicle requirements but takes no commission during pre-launch. When we go live with insurance and legal structure, we'll operate the marketplace directly.

What we think is fair.

These are our recommended rates for the pre-launch community board. Two people can negotiate whatever they want — this is just a starting point.

Short Leg

Under 50 miles • Standard vehicle

$20
Medium Leg

50–150 miles • Standard vehicle

$40–60
Long Leg

150–300 miles • Standard vehicle

$80
Heavy / Special Equipment

Truck, trailer, winch, etc.

$120–200

Pricing includes the driver's time, fuel, and vehicle wear. Tips are always appreciated. When EnRoute goes fully live, these rates will be formalized with insurance and platform fees built in.
